应用有限元分析优化设计应用于踝关节骨折可吸收镁合金螺钉的研究

     

摘要

目的 探讨不同设计对于可吸收镁合金螺钉力学性能的影响,优化设计出可吸收镁合金螺钉.方法 采用Solidwork软件对HA4.0标准螺钉进行优化设计,改变螺钉内径参数,设计出5种不同参数的螺钉,采用钛合金、不锈钢、聚乳酸、WE43镁合金材料制作.应用Hypermesh 12.0软件进行装配和网格化处理,建立三维有限元模型.应用Abaqus 6.11有限元软件模拟拔出试验和扭转试验.结果 在模拟拔出试验中,HA4.0 d2-25和HA4.0 d2-27螺钉Von Mise最大应力大于其他参数螺钉,其中应力大小依次为不锈钢螺钉、钛合金螺钉、WE43镁合金螺钉、聚乳酸螺钉.设置屈服极限后计算得到HA4.0 d2-27螺钉拔出力最大.在模拟扭转试验中,WE43镁合金材料HA4.0 d2-27螺钉Von Mise应力最小.结论 HA4.0 d2-27螺钉的设计方案为镁合金螺钉最优方案.%Objective To explore the mechanical properties of degradable magnesium alloy screws of different designs, and identify an optimized design.Methods Based on the design of the standard HA 4.0 screws, 5 different types of screws were re-designed by optimizing the core radius of the screws in the Solidwork software.The screws were made of titanium, stainless steel, WE43 and polylactic acid.Models were meshed and assembled by Hypermesh 12.0.The screw pullout and torsion test were simulated with a 3D finite analysis model established by Abaques 6.11.Results In the pullout test, the maximal Von-Mise stress of the screw HA4.0 d2-25 and HA4.0 d2-27 was higher than that of other parameters;in terms of screw materials, the stainless steel screw exhibited the highest, followed by titanium, WE43, polylactic acid.The highest pullout force was found in screw d2-27 when yield strength was set.In the torsion test, the lowest Von-Mise stress distribution was in HA4.0 d2-27 screw.Conclusion The HA4.0 d2-27 is an optimized design for the degradable magnesium alloy 4.0 mm screws.
