目的 探讨联合使用香港暴力风险评估表和防暴力技能对暴力事件发生和护士自我效能感的影响.方法 由参加香港精神科防暴力培训的职员对全院70名护士进行防暴力技能培训,结合香港暴力风险评估量表对住院患者的暴力行为进行预测,调查使用暴力风险评估表和防暴力技能前后一年的暴力事件的发生率,采用一般自我效能量表对护士防暴力技能使用前后进行测评,分析比较暴力事件发生率和护士一般自我效能感的差异.结果 使用防暴技能暴力事件发生率明显降低,护士的自我效能感显著提高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05).结论 暴力风险评估和防暴力技能联合使用对精神科病房的安全管理十分有效,可有效降低暴力事件的发生率,提高护士的自我效能感,有利于提供安全的就医环境,保障医务人员的身心安全和患者的人身安全,从而提高护理质量,减少医患纠纷,值得推广应用.%Objective To explore the impact of joint use of the Hong Kong risk assessment table and anti-vio-lence skills on the occurrence of violence and the self-efficacy of nurses. Methods The staff who participated in the training of anti-violence training in the Hong Kong department of psychiatry conducted anti-violence skills training for 70 nurses in the hospital. In combination with the Hong Kong violence risk assessment scale, the incidence of violence in hospitalized patients was assessed using the risk assessment form of violence and the incidence of violence in the year be-fore and after violence. The general self-efficacy scale was used to evaluate nurses' anti-violence skills. The differences between the incidence of violence and the general self-efficacy of nurses were analyzed. Results The incidence of vio-lence of riot skill was significantly reduced, and the self-efficacy of nurses improved significantly, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0. 05 ) . Conclusion The joint use of violence risk assessment and anti-violence skills is very effective in the safety management of psychiatric wards. It can effectively reduce the incidence of violent inci-dents, improve the self-efficacy of nurses, facilitate the provision of safe medical treatment environment, and guarantee the physical and mental safety of medical personnel and the personal safety of patients. Thus improve nursing quality and reduce medical disputes. It should be generalized.
