血吸虫尾蚴鉴定与检测技术研究现状

摘要

Aiming at early detection,prediction and warning of epidemic and potential endemic areas at high risk of schistosomiaisis,to prevent human being and animals from schistosomiasis infection at the maximum extent,thereby to reduce the occurrence of patients and infectious animals,researches of determination and identification of Schistosoma cercaria in infectious water environment are of significance at the stages of schistosomiasis surveillance and control.This paper reviewed the techniques for identification and detection of schistosome cercaria.%在血吸虫病监测与预警等防治工作中开展血吸虫感染性水体的测定与识别研究,能够早发现、提示或预测血吸虫病流行区及潜在的感染高风险环境,最大程度防止人或动物感染,从而减少血吸虫病的发生.该文就血吸虫尾蚴鉴定与检测技术研究现状进行了综述.
