脑脊液乳酸、蛋白含量和酶活性测定在脑梗死的临床应用

摘要

Objective To investigate the clinical value of cerebrospinal fluid(CSF) lactic acid(LA) ?protein and enzyme activity in brain infarction. Methods 96 cases of brain infarction and 30 cases of control were brought into study, collected the CSF, then measured the lactic acid (LA),total protein (TP) ,C-reactive protein (CRP) ,and enzyme activity (LDH, ADA, AST) with automatic biochemical analyzer, and analyzed the result with statistic method. Results Comparing with control group,the CSF-LA, CSF-TP,CSF-CRP,CSF-LDH,CSF-AST level were high obviouslyin brain infarction group(P<0. 01). But the decreasing of CSF-ADA without significant difference(P>0. 05). Conclusion The changes of Cerebrospinal fluid LA? Protein and enzyme activity have an important role in monitoring curative effect and estimating prognosis for brain infarction.%目的 探讨脑梗死患者的脑脊液乳酸、蛋白含量和酶活性变化的临床意义.方法 应用全自动生化分析仪检测96例脑梗死患者和30例健康人的脑脊液乳酸(LA)、总蛋白、C反应蛋白(CRP)含量和酶(LDH、ADA、AST)活性,并进行统计学分析.结果 对照组脑脊液LA、总蛋白、CRP、LDH、AST明显低于脑梗死组(P<0.01),对照组脑脊液ADA低于脑梗死组,但差异无统计学意义.结论 脑脊液乳酸、蛋白含量和酶活性变化对脑梗死的疗效观察以及预后判断有重要的临床意义.
