人巨细胞病毒UL/b'基因分子特征与疾病的相关性

人巨细胞病毒(HCMV)在人群中感染率极高,尤其在先天性感染及免疫缺陷患者中危害较大.HCMV具有不同的致病性,患者临床表现相差甚大,推测其机制与人体免疫状态及病毒基因型的不同有关.在HCMV的众多基因中,UL/b'区基因被认为具有重要的临床意义,尤其是在先天性HCMV感染、病毒入侵致病、潜伏活化、免疫逃逸以及致畸致癌中都发挥重要作用,此文就相关研究进展做一综述.%Human cytomegalovirus (HCMV) has high infection rate in the population, especially in congenital infection and the immunity deficiency patients. HCMV has diverse pathogenicity and can cause different clinical manifestations. The mechanism may be related to the different human immune status and viral genotypes. The UL/b' gene of HCMV is considered to play an important role in pathogenic process, such as congenital HCMV infection, virus invasion, latent activation, immune escape, teratogenicity and carcinogenesis. This review gives a brief overview of the research progress in this field.
