自动化键销装配设备的研究与应用

摘要

针对人工装配键销效率低、安全性能差、装配质量无法保障、采购成套设备成本高等问题, 研究并开发了自动化键销装配设备.通过一次性放置35个键销, 然后可在每个工件上同时安装两个半圆键和一个圆柱销的自动化设备.该设备具有体积小、效率高、操作方便、运行成本低、装配质量可靠等优点, 能有效满足生产需求, 可广泛应用于机械制造业.%To solve the problems of low efficiency, poor safety performance, unsafe assembly quality and high cost of purchasing complete sets of equipment, the automatic assembly equipment for key and pin was researched and developed. Automation equipment that can install two semicircle keys and a cylindrical pin simultaneously on each workpiece by placing more than 35 keys and pins at a time. The equipment is small size, high efficiency, easy operation, low running cost, reliable assembly quality, it can meet production needs effectively and can be widely used in machinery manufacturing industry.
