The lean automated assembly theory is applied ,the automatic assembly and management mode of high voltage switchgear is explored ,the original assembly form is changed ,and the virtual assembly flows based on station and time is designed;the man-machine coordination ,total automation and repairing station are divided ;The station system design and the quality control and quality tracking system are designed ;A flexible assembly line which is composed of product assem-bly ,testing ,quality control and tracking functions is established .The assembly from is changed from manual to automated , the logistics management and production management is made to be well-organized and fine ,and ultimately the assembly quality and assembly efficiency is improved .At the same time this successful case can be extended to other high-voltage switch assembly products .%应用精益自动化装配理论,探索高压开关设备自动化装配和管理模式,通过改变原有装配形式,设计工位制节拍化的虚拟装配流;划分人机协同/全自动/返修工位,进行工位系统设计和质量控制及质量追踪系统设计;建立集产品装配、检测、质量控制及追踪等功能为一体的柔性装配系统.使装配方式由手动转变为自动化装配,使物流管理和生产管理条理化、精细化,最终实现装配质量和装配效率的提高.同时,这种成功案例可拓展到高压开关其他产品的装配.
