机械加工精度的影响因素分析

摘要

机械加工精度受到多方面的因素影响，本文主要分析了机械加工过程及加工过程中加工原理误差、设备因素对加工精度的影响、工艺系统刚度对加工精度的影响，并提出了相应的应对措施。%Machining accuracy is affected by many factors. In this paper, the influence of processing principle and processing factors on the machining precision and the impact of the process rigidity on the machining accuracy are analyzed, and the corresponding countermeasures are proposed.
