BIM技术在商业综合体项目中的运用

摘要

In this paper, a complex project based on BIM technology combined with shanghai project case, the system elaborated the BIM concept of collaborative design in the application of the current project. Energy-saving series of BIM software by the sun in the application of construction program planning, Revit in the construction of a building information model, and the later design stages Navisworks in comprehensive design of pipe used for point, institution transference reflected BIM building information model in the construction design, construction and operational phase of the potential value, and the prospect for the development of BIM in the late.%以BIM技术为基础结合上海某综合体工程项目案例，系统阐述了BIM协同设计理念在当前工程项目中的运用。通过日照节能系列BIM软件在建筑方案规划中的运用，以及Revit软件在建筑信息模型的构建与后期深化设计阶段Navisworks在管道综合设计中的运用，由点到面体现BIM建筑信息模型在建筑设计、施工、运维阶段的潜在价值，并且对BIM后期的发展予以期待。
