Visual system is widely used in a variety of precision electronic manufacturing equipments. And with the development of technology, the demanded resolution of visual system in these equipments becomes higher and higher. This paper designed an image acquisition system based on SOPC, with a high-resolution color linear CCD produced by NEC as the sensor. This system used one FPGA chip, achieved the function of a processor with other logic circuit, through using a soft core and a variety of IP cores in ISE development environment. It has the feature of high integration. Experimental results show that the system meets the requirement of the high resolution requirements of the visual system in precision electronic manufacturing equipments.%视觉系统广泛用于各种精密电子制造装备中,而且随着技术的发展,这些装备对所采用的视觉系统分辨率的要求越来越高.文中采用高分辨率彩色线阵CCD作为传感器,并基于SOPC技术来构建整个图像采集系统.通过在ISE开发环境中使用软核和各种IP核,只用了一块FPGA芯片,便实现了处理器及各种逻辑的功能,集成度高.实验结果显示,该系统很好地满足了精密电子制造装备对视觉系统高分辨率的要求.
