文中针对开口式铅酸蓄电池研究了超声波电解液密度测量方法.根据超声波在不同液体中传播速度不同的原理,设计和制作了适合于稀硫酸电解液的超声波换能器,并针对超声波在液体中传播速度快、信号分辨困难问题,开发了以C8051F120单片机作为快速信号处理系统的电解液密度测量系统,实现了开口铅酸蓄电池电解液密度的在线测量.在充分考虑温度对超声波液体密度测量结果影响的基础上,进行多次试验验证,表明系统测量精度可达到0.001g/cm3,满足了工业现场的要求.%This paper presented an opening lead-acid battery electrolyte density ultrasonic measurement method.According to the principle of ultrasound propagation in various liquids at different speeds, the ultrasonic transducer,suitable for sulfuric acid electrolyte , was designed and made.Considering the fast transmission speed of the ultrasound in the liquid and the signal resolution difficulties,an electrolyte density measurement system was developed,to realize the elecUolyte density on-line measurement of the opening lead-acid battery,with C8051F120 MCU as a quick signal processing system.In full consideration the effects of temperature on the ultrasanic liquid density measurement and testing; several times,it proves tlat the accuracy of this system can reach 0.001 g/cm3.and meet the requirements of the industrial scene.
