The system consists of sensors,flow meters,temperature cabinet,test boards and computer hardware and software. The software programs were made by LabWindows/CVI. The function of the software includes several aspects. One is that it can control a temperature cabinet to keep the temperature of sensors fixed, the other is that it can control flow meters to compound gas for sensors according to a given proportion. The software also can collect data of the sensors through the test boards ,and sort the data of the sensors automatically. The software was made by multithreaded programming, which utilizes a strong function of CVI function library and so ensures that each part can work simultaneously. The software has the advantages of fast operation, friendly interface , low cost and high reliability. After the communication test between PC and lower machine, the system can effectively achieve the automatic calibration of the sensors.%系统由传感器、流量计、温箱、测试板及计算机软硬件组成.采用LabWindows/CVI编写软件程序,功能包括:控制温箱实现对传感器的定时保温；控制流量计实现对传感器定时定量通入比例气体；通过测试板采集传感器数据；对采集数据自动整理.该软件采用多线程编程,充分发挥CVI函数库的强大功能,保证各项工作同时进行,具有界面友好、运行速度快、成本低、可靠性高的优点.经过PC机与下位机的通讯测试,系统可有效地实现对传感器的自动标定.
