In this paper, aimed at the phenomenon that test data is more, the processing is complex, easy to have personal error in the course of pressure sensor calibration, has designed a set of pressure sensor static calibration system based on the virtual instrument. It introduces the working principle, the system composition and the software design method based on the virtual instrument. The system can automatically realize to collect measuring data, calculate result, show, save, print result and other functions. Compared with the traditional calibration methods, pressure sensor static calibration system will not only improve efficiency, reduced the personal error, but also improve the accuracy and stability of the test, while the entire calibration system more systematic and standardized. The system software design method can provide reference for calibration system of force, acceleration and other calibration systems.
