For the monitor requirements about harmful gas concentration in welding environment,according to infrared absorption law,a gas concentration monitor system was designed based on DSP as the control unit,and the design proposal of system was introduced, the working principle of infrared sensor was expounded, the design of hardware and software was analyzed. The function of real-time display,acousto-optic warning and remote communication was realized in this system,which has thefeatures of high precision, fast response,strong stability,good ability of anti-interference and fabourable apply foreground.%针对焊接环境有害气体浓度监测的需要,以DSP为控制核心,利用红外吸收原理设计了气体浓度监测系统,同时介绍了系统设计方案,阐述了红外传感器工作原理,分析了硬件和软件系统设计.该系统实现了实时显示、声光报警、远程通信等功能,具有精度高、响应快、性能稳定、抗干扰能力强等特点,具有良好的应用前景.
