order to perceive the proximity of grabbing the object, this paper designed a miniature proximity sensor for the prosthetic hand. Applying infrared emitting diode and photodiode as a detector of the sensor, using the principle of infrared light reflection, the developed sensor has a minimal size,very suitable for the myoelectric prosthetic hand. The process of the acquiring of the proximity signal adds the method of modulation-demodulation to the processing circuit. A steady output signal was received, after the signal was filtered and amplified. It changes with the distance of the proximity. The experimental results show that the sensor has strong anti-interference ability. It' s highly suitable for the myoelectric prosthetic hand.%针对肌电假手抓取物体时感知接近距离的需要,设计了一种假手用微型接近觉传感器.传感器采用红外对管作为接近觉探头,运用红外反射光强原理,小巧的结构使之适用于安装在假手的指尖上.信号处理电路增添了调制解调部分,经滤波、放大后得到稳定的输出信号,该信号的电压随接近距离的变化而变化.实验表明,传感器的抗干扰能力较强,能胜任假手用接近觉感知.
