基于μC/OS -Ⅱ的线切割机短路检测远程报警系统

     

摘要

针对电火花线切割机加工高精度时栅传感器定子线圈过程中由于切割铁屑搭接造成短路故障的现象,设计了一种基于实时嵌入式操作系统μC/OS - Ⅱ的线切割机短路检测远程报警系统.该系统以单片机为控制核心,通过对电极丝之间的间隙电压进行采样来判断短路故障,并采用GSM模块以实现远程报警功能.采用实时操作系统完成了多任务设计,并使得任务间容易实现相互通信与调度,同时也提高了系统的稳定性,实践证明系统在恶劣工作环境下具有很高的可靠性和实用性.%Aimed at the short circuit phenomenon caused by cutting scrap iron lap of WEDM machining, which was used for the high precision grating sensor stator coil, a remote alarm system of short-circuit detecting for wire cutting machine was designed, based on the real-time embedded operating system. With the MCU as control core,the system will determine the short-circuit fault through the gap between the electrode voltage, and using CSM module for remote alarm. The multitask design was completed with a real-time operating system, tasks scheduling and communicate with each other can be realized easily, which also improve the stability of the system. The study of those properties indicates that the real-time operating system has high reliability and real-time performance in harsh environment.
