增敏型光纤光栅加速度传感器设计

     

摘要

基于等强度梁与垫高块相结合结构,将双光栅串联并将光栅栅区两端分别固定在等强度梁上下的垫高块之间,避免出现啁啾或多峰现象,推导了传感器力学模型,该结构提高了传感器的灵敏度,同时很好的剔除了温度的影响;数值优化得出传感器几何参数,建立了三维模型;通过数值仿真得出了传感器应变及模态特性;对样机进行了幅频及灵敏度实验,结果数据与前面设计仿真比较吻合。%Based on the structure of the combination of equal intensity beam and high block ,both ends of the gate region of double grating series were fixed respectively between the top and bottom of the high blocks of equal intensity beam ,thus avoiding the phenomena of chirp and multimodal .The mechanical model of the sensor was deduced ,thus improving the sensitivity of the sen-sor and removing the temperature affects .Geometry parameters of the sensor were derived from numerical optimization ,and three-di-mensional model was created .Through numerical simulation ,strain and modal characteristics of the sensor were obtained .The exper-iments on amplitude-frequency and sensitivity of the prototype were completed ,and the results are comparatively consistent with the simulation.
