基于时间鉴别的随机等效采样短时时间测量方法

     

摘要

针对随机等效采样触发点与下一采样点间的短时时间测量存在测量精度不高、电路复杂问题,提出基于时间鉴别的短时时间测量方法。首先,构建基于边沿检测与窄脉冲扩展的时间鉴别电路,对短时间扩展以满足测量要求;其次,设计测时电路,将时间转化为电压进行测量,以提高测量精度。最后,搭建基于FP GA的随机等效采样短时时间测量实验系统。测试表明:该方法测量精度高且电路简单,采样系统波形重构效果好,满足了随机等效采样短时时间的测量需求。%Aimed at the problems of low measurement precision and complicated circuit due to the short time measurement of random equivalent sampling between the trigger point and the next sampling point, a method of short time measurement based on time discrimination was proposed. Firstly, a time discrimination circuit based on edge detection and narrow pulse propagation was constructed, which was used to extend the short time so as to meet the measurement requirements;Secondly, in order to improve the accuracy of measurement, a measuring time circuit was designed, which was used to transform the measurement of time into the measurement of voltage. Finally, the experimental system of short time measurement of random equivalent sampling based on FPGA was built. The test showed, this method had the advantages of high measurement accuracy and simple circuit design, and the sampling system had good waveform reconstruction effect, so this method meets the requirement of the time measurement of random equivalent sampling.
