基于LabVIEW的AMT数据采集处理系统设计

     

摘要

为了满足对电控机械式自动变速器( AMT )性能评价或改进所需的转速、转矩等运行参数的要求,以Infineon 单片机为下位机系统,通过 RS485串行接口和 PCI-1612A 通讯接口卡与基于LabVIEW的上位机系统通讯,组成AMT的数据采集处理系统。试验表明:该系统实现了数据实时采集、存储、数据提取、波形回放、频谱分析功能,系统运行可靠、稳定,操作简单,成本低。%In order to satisfy the needs of performance evaluation or rotate speed,torque operation operating parameters,an AMT data acquisition and processing system was constituted with Infineon SCM as the slaver system through RS485 serial inter-face and PCI-1612A communication interface card and host system communication based on LabVIEW.The results show that this system realizes the real-time data acquisition,storage,data extraction,displayed waveform,and spectrum analysis. The system is stable and reliable,has simple operation and low cost.
