基于声表面波的智能断路器温度监测系统

         

摘要

In view of the complex changes of internal temperature in the intelligent circuit breaker complex changes,tempera-ture monitoring system based on surface acoustic wave was designed.Temperature monitoring point was determined by researching temperature field distribution in ICB through simulation software COMSOL.Temperature sensor converted the sound signal to elec-trical signal by its piezoelectric substrate and reflected the change in temperature by the change of its transmission frequency. It has the characteristics such as passive and wireless,low power consumption,strong ability to resist electromagnetic interference so that the accuracy of information collected from the ICB can be ensured.The system has strong anti-jamming capability,wireless transmission,high speed,timely alarm,high sensitivity,etc.%针对智能断路器内部温度的复杂变化,设计了基于声表面波(SAW)的智能断路器温度监测系统.应用COMSOL仿真软件对智能断路器内温度场分布进行了研究,确定了温度监测点.SAW温度传感器通过自身的压电基片进行声电信号转换,以声表面波传输频率的变化反映温度的变化,且具有无源无线、低功耗等特点,能够保证对智能断路器内温度信息的准确采集.该系统具有抗干扰能力强、无线传输、速度快、及时报警、灵敏度高等特点.
