高清CMOS图像传感器多通道数据传输系统设计

     

摘要

A real-time image data transmission system was designed for the multi-channel high-data-rate CMOS image sensor.CMV4000 was used to generate image data,FPGA was used as master chip to reconstruct multichannel images data,DDR2 SDRAM was used as an asynchronous FIFO to cache the data,data were sent to PC via USB3.0 bus,then the image data were processed by the PC.Through prototype test,the system reaches 2.16 Gb/s,running stably and smoothly.The design provides a solution to the real-time data transmission of CMOS sensor image data,which has great application value.%针对大面阵CMOS图像传感器多通道、高数据速率的特点,设计了一款图像数据实时传输系统.采用CMV4000产生图像数据,通过FPGA主控完成多通道图像数据的硬件恢复,将DDR2 SDRAM虚拟成为大容量异步先入先出队列(FIFO)作为高速缓存,通过USB3.0接口将数据发送到PC端,PC端进行图像显示处理.通过样机实测,系统传输接口的速率达2.16 Gb/s,系统运行稳定流畅.文中为此类CMOS传感器图像的数据实时传输提供了一种解决方案.
