一种基于结构优化的光纤束压力传感器

         

摘要

An optical fiber bundle pressure sensor based on structure optimization was designed and studied .Firstly, the sensor system was designed;Then,the geometrical optics and optimization were used to optimize the structure of the optical fiber bundle and the probe of the sensor ,and mechanical package for sensor probe .On the basis of optimization research ,the simulation test of the sensor was carried out ,the curve of intensity modulation function was analyzed .Finally,the sensor was applied the ex-ternal pressure of 0.2,0.4,0.6,0.8 and 1.0 kPa to detection experiments ,the change trend of the output voltage of the reference optical fiber and the receiving optical fiber were obtained .Test results show that:the detection value of the sensor is in conformity with the simulation value ,the linearity is about 3.56%,and the sensitivity is about 0.011/0.1 kPa.The research shows that the op-tical fiber bundle pressure sensor has good sensitivity and linearity .%对基于结构优化的光纤束压力传感器进行了设计与研究.首先对传感器系统进行了设计;再应用几何光学与优化理论对传感器光纤束结构、传感器探头结构进行优化,对传感器探头采用机械封装;并在优化研究的基础上,对传感器进行仿真试验,分析强度调制函数曲线;最后对传感器施加0.2,0.4,0.6,0.8,1.0 kPa的外界压力进行检测试验,得出传感器参考光纤与接收光纤输出电压信号变化趋势.试验结果表明:传感器的检测值与仿真值相符,线性度约为3.56%,灵敏度约为0.011/0.1 kPa.研究表明,通过结构优化的光纤束压力传感器具有较好的灵敏度与线性度.
