基于β射线吸收法的PM2.5连续自动监测的关键技术研究

     

摘要

Firstly,optimization design and experimental verification through the numerical simulation of PM 2.5 cyclone sepa-rator were done,and PM2.5 cyclone separator meeting the performance criterion was gotten .Through flow closed loop control technology , the flow control system in accordance with 24 h of instantaneous flow rate and the average flow rate was designed .Fi-nally through data statistical processing and linear regression analysis , linear regression curve conformed to the index was gotten . Through contrast experiments , the PM2.5 continuous automatic monitor parallelism is 8.1%, the linear curve slope is 0.96, in-tercept is 1.1,and the correlation coefficient is 0.976.The measurement data conforms to the standard , and realizes high accuracy measurement of PM 2.5.%首先通过数值仿真对PM2.5旋风分离器进行优化设计和实验验证,得到满足性能标准的PM2.5旋风分离器,然后通过流量闭环控制技术,设计出24 h瞬时流量和平均流量均符合标准的流量控制系统,最后通过数据统计处理和线性回归分析,得到符合指标的线性回归曲线.通过参比方法对比实验,该PM2.5连续自动监测仪平行性为8.1%,线性回归曲线斜率为0.96,截距为1.1,相关系数为0.976,测量数据符合标准,实现了PM2.5的高精度测量.
