文中根据金属粉尘的特性研究了金属粉尘浓度的连续检测技术.剖析了基于MIE散射法的粉尘浓度检测技术基本原理,设计了MIE散射法的光学检测气路和结构,然后完成了微弱光信号的提取电路和整机功能电路的设计,最后用散射法对金属粉尘浓度进行3个月的测试实验.实验结果表明整个实验周期内,其检测误差均小于10%,基于MIE散射法的粉尘浓度检测技术能够适用于金属粉尘的实时连续长时间的在线检测.%Based on the characteristics of metal dust ,this paper studied the metal dust concentration of continuous detection technology .In this paper , the basic principle of dust concentration detection technology based on MIE scattering method was ana -lyzed, and the optical detection gas path and structure of MIE scattering method were designed .Then, the design of extraction cir-cuit and machine function circuit of weak optical signal was completed .Finally, the metal dust concentration was tested for three months.The experimental results show that the detection error is less than 10%in the whole experimental period , and the dust concentration detection technique based on MIE scattering method can be applied to the real -time continuous long-term on-line detection of metal dust .
