In this paper, aiming at the problems such as limited sensor installation space and difficult field wiring in the process of torque measurement of small agricultural machinery, a dynamic torque measurement system was designed based on strain detection principle and wireless transmission technology. The strain signal acquisition circuit,the signal amplification cir?cuit,the A/D analog?to?digital conversion circuit and the wireless communication mode were studied emphatically.The static cal?ibration test data was processed by the univariate linear regression model.The calibration results indicate that the sensitivity of the system is about 0.8 mV/(N·m),the non?linear error is about 1.54%,the repeatability error is about 0.19%,and the fit degree of the coefficient is about 0.9990,which can be used to monitor the dynamic torque.%针对丘陵山区小型农业机械扭矩测量过程中存在的传感器安装空间受限、现场布线困难等问题,基于应变检测原理和无线传输技术设计了一种动态扭矩测量系统.重点研究了应变信号采集电路、信号放大电路、A/D模数转换电路和无线通信模式,并通过所建立的单变量线性回归模型对静态标定试验数据进行了处理.结果表明:该无线扭矩测量系统灵敏度为0.8 mV/(N·m),非线性误差为1.54%,重复性误差为0.19%,拟合度可决系数R2=0.9990,可实现动态扭矩的实时监测.
