基于WirelessHART协议的无线HART适配器设计

     

摘要

针对现场已有HART仪表设备,实现无线化成本高的问题.基于WirelessHART网络协议,提出并设计一种低成本、低功耗的无线HART适配器设计方案对现场HART设备进行无线升级.该设备通过支持有线HART技术和WirelessHART协议,将HART设备接入到WirelessHART网络中.硬件部分主要包括微处理器模块、无线收发模块、HART信号调制与解调模块以及电源模块.软件设计是基于WirelessHART网络协议,采用μC/OS-II作为其操作系统.并对适配器进行实际的入网测试,实验表明所设计的适配器能够加入WirelessHART网络进行无线数据通信并具有低功耗特性,可以应用于实际现场对HART设备无线升级.%Due to the high expense for wirelessly updating HART instruments,a wireless HART adapter which is low cost and low power consumption was presented based on WirelessHART protocol.This adapter supports wire HART technology and WirelessHART protocol and can connect HART instruments into WirelessHART network.The hardware design included micropro-cessor module,wireless transmission module,HART modulation and demodulation module and power module.Software design was based on WirelessHART protocol,using μC/OS-II as its operating system.The test result shows that the designed WirelessHART adapter can join in WirelessHART network to communicate and has the low power consumption property,so it can be used to up-date HART instruments wirelessly.
