氧化锌/SBA-15复合材料制备及其光致发光性质

         

摘要

The molecular sieve SBA-15 was prepared by hydrothermal method with three Block Copolymer Poly (P123) as the template and the ethyl silicate as the silica source.Meanwhile,using SBA-15 as a carrier,the ZnO/SBA-15 was prepared by equivalent-volumetic impregnation methods,in which zinc oxide (ZnO) was loaded onto the mescoporous molecular sieve SBA-15.The samples were characterized by XRD,N2 adsorption desorption and PL.The results showed that SBA-15 had a high order.While ZnO was loaded to the SBA-15 molecular sieve size channel,the degree of order of ZnO/SBA-15 was reduced.The prepared samples showed a superior photoluminescence character.%以三嵌段共聚物(P123)为模板剂,正硅酸乙酯为硅源,在强酸性体系中利用水热法制备了分子筛SBA-15.以SBA-15为载体,利用等体积浸渍法将氧化锌负载到介孑L分子筛SBA-15上,制得氧化锌/SBA-15.用X射线衍射(XRD)、低温氮气吸附-脱附和光致发光光谱(PL)等方法对样品进行表征.结果表明,SBA-15具有很高的有序性;氧化锌负载到SBA-15分子筛孔道中,有序度有所降低;氧化锌/SBA-15样品显示出优良的发光特性.
