PURPOSE: A synthesis method of inorganic phosphor material powder is provided to improve the processing efficiency using a liquidizing method of an activator and a fluxing agent with a short amount of time.;CONSTITUTION: A synthesis method of inorganic phosphor material powder comprises the following steps: liquidizing a fluxing agent, a codopant, an activator, and a sensitizer, and mixing the liquid with ZnS, ZnO and sulfur; firstly sintering to heat and maintain the mixture; washing the heated mixture and drying the mixture to remove the remained material; milling the dried mixture, adding more than on impurity, and milling the mixture again to make a particle shape into a cubic for a phase changing; mixing the phase changed mixture with the sulfur; secondly sintering; cooling the mixture; and washing and drying the mixture.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
