河南省粮食生产全要素生产率变化及趋势分析

             

摘要

为深入分析实施粮食丰产科技工程以来河南粮食生产效率变化,采用数据包络分析(DEA)结合Malmquist指数分析法,测算了河南省粮食生产全要素生产率变化.实证结果显示,对河南省粮食生产全要素生产率贡献较大的是粮食生产技术进步变化,而制约粮食生产全要素生产率提升的因素是河南省综合技术效率不高,纯技术效率未得到提升,河南省粮食生产中加大技术推动应用和优化种植规模仍具有较大潜力.因此,加快河南省粮食生产科技创新,提升粮食生产技术效率是提高河南省粮食生产效率,实现粮食生产可持续发展的关键途径.%In order to deeply analyze the change of grain production efficiency since the implementation of Science and Technology Project of Food Production in Henan Province,the paper measured Henan grain pro?duction TFP changes through DEA-Malmquist index analysis.The empirical results show that the greater contri?bution to grain production TFP is the technological advances in Henan Province, while the factor that restricts the improvement of grain production TFP is that the comprehensive technology efficiency is not high and the pure technical efficiency has not been improved. There still has great potential to accelerate technological pro?motion and optimizing planting scale in the Henan Province grain production. Therefore,accelerating technolog?ical innovation grain production in Henan Province and enhancing the technical efficiency of grain production are the key ways to improve the efficiency of grain production and to achieve sustainable development of grain production in Henan Province.
