协同创新中心是多系统、多主体共同参与的独立性实体机构，不同主体间利益需求不尽相同，同时协同创新中心利益分配具有复杂性、协商性和动态性等特点。通过对协同创新中心各利益主体需求及分配特点进行分析，将理事会制度引入作为协调协同创新中心各方利益平台，进而建立科学合理的利益分配机制，对于调动各利益主体积极性、促进协同创新中心稳定持续发展、实现各主体共赢具有积极意义。%The collaborative innovation center isan independent entity organization participated with multi⁃ple systems and subjects, the interests and needs are not the same among different subjects, and the interest dis⁃tribution of collaborative innovation centeris complex, negotiative and dynamic. Through analysis on the needs of interest subjects and distribution characteristics of collaborative innovation center, the council system was in⁃troduced as the coordinationplatformof all interest subjectsin collaborative innovation center, to establish a sci⁃entific and reasonable interest distribution mechanism, which is of positive significance tomobilize the enthusi⁃asm of the interest subjects, to promote the stable and sustainable developmentof collaborative innovation center, and to realize a win-win situation for all the subjects.
