多主体参与的协同创新体利益分配机制研究--高校主导的协同创新中心视角

摘要

The effective benefit distribution mechanism was the key to long‐term development of collaborative innovation center .The collaborative innovation center under the dominance of colleges and universities was of great significance to promote the development of technology research and development ,industrialization .Based on the research of the prede‐cessors'interest distribution mechanism ,and combined with the key demands of interests distribution of the collaborative innovation center under the dominance of colleges and universities ,benefit distribution mechanism w hich combined the model of benefit distribution with cooperative mechanism was proposed .It had a better significance to directing the reality of interest distribution .T he pattern of benefit distribution covered the static factors including allocation principles ,the ba‐sis ,the algorithm and the dynamic process ,and its operating mechanism includes the related operation basis and the con‐tract guarantee mechanism .%有效的利益分配机制是协同创新体长效发展的关键。高校主导的协同创新中心对于促进新技术的研发和产业化应用具有重要意义，利益分配机制是其最重要的契约机制。在总结前人对利益分配机制研究的基础上，结合高校主导的协同创新中心利益分配的关键诉求，提出了以利益分配模式及其运行机制相融合的系统性协同创新体利益分配机制，对现实中的利益分配具有较强指导意义。利益分配模式涵盖了静态的分配原则、依据、算法与动态流程，其运行机制则包含相关运行基础和合约保障措施。
