西门子烟气排放连续监测系统常见问题分析及处理

摘要

Siemens Continuous Emission Monitoring System (CEMS) composition, process and methods of measurement are touched on in the paper. Based on operation and maintenance of the Siemens CEMS of the 2 × 600 MW flue gas desulfurization (FGD) systems in Inner Mongolia Jinglong Electric Power Generation Co.,Ltd., the author analyses the possible causes of a variety of common problems appeared in the system, such as sampling flow rate of the gas analyzer is low, the measured data is abnormal, the data collected by the acquisition instrument is abnormal, flue gas flow and the particulate concentration measurement are not accurate. And then put forward the corresponding treatment to solve the problems, which can provide reference for the related personnel.%介绍了西门子烟气排放连续监测系统（CEMS）的组成、流程及测量方法。结合内蒙古京隆发电有限责任公司2×600 MW机组烟气脱硫（FGD）系统中西门子CEMS的运行维护经验，对导致该系统出现各种常见问题的可能原因进行了分析，如气体分析仪采样流量偏低、测出的数据异常，数据采集仪采集数据异常，烟气流量和颗粒物质量浓度测量不准确等，并针对问题提出了相应的处理方法，供有关技术人员参考。
