不同晶形ANPZO晶体制备与表征研究

         

摘要

为了研究不同结晶形貌ANPZO炸药晶体性能,以满足不同用途需要,采用结晶控制技术制备出3种不同结晶形貌ANPZO晶体,利用SEM对其晶体形貌进行表征并测试其感度、压药成型性及爆速.结果表明:针状ANPZO撞击感度较高,爆炸概率为85%,微球形ANPZO摩擦感度高达92%,而3种晶形的ANPZO冲击波感度值较低;此外,立方状ANPZO易于压药,且压药密度达到理论密度的97%时,爆速为8 070m/s.%In order to investigate different morphologies of ANPZO to meet various applications, three representative ANPZO crystallines with different morphologies and sizes were obtained by crystal control technologies. The morphologies were characterized by SEM and the sensitivity, compression property, detonation velocity of ANPZO crystals were also tested. The results indicated that the needle shaped ANPZO crystals had high impact sensitivity with explosion probability of 85%, and the friction sensitivity of ANPZO crystals with spheric morphology reached 92%, while the shock wave sensitivities of three ANPZO crystallines were low. Meanwhile, the cubic ANPZO had excellent compression performance and its detonation velocity was 8 070m/s with 97% TMD density.
