高压脉冲功率源与冲击片雷管发火能量匹配关系特性试验方法

     

摘要

Aimed at the problem of initiation energy matching for high voltage pulse power source with cable and slapper, the test method of initiation energy matching was put forward. For the cable connected to the output of high voltage pulse power source condition, the data of the short circuit discharge were obtained by the test device, meanwhile, the theoretic analysis and verification test of slapper initiation were carried out The results indicated that when the cable of 100mm was connected to the output of high voltage pulse power source, the initiation voltage of slapper was risen 300V, the corresponding output energy equals to that without cable. The test method not only protect the initiation device and retrench the test cost, but also ensure the reliability of slapper initiation.%针对高压脉冲功率源接入引出电缆后与冲击片雷管发火能量的匹配问题,提出了高压脉冲功率源与冲击片雷管发火能量的匹配关系特性试验方法,通过试验装置测试了接入引出电缆后冲击片雷管短路放电性能参数,并进行了理论分析及冲击片雷管发火验证试验.结果表明:在脉冲功率源输出端增加100mm的引出电缆后,冲击片雷管发火电压需提升300V,此时输出能量等价于未接入引出电缆时的发火能量.该方法在冲击片雷管发火试验以及传爆序列试验中,既能保护起爆装置,节约试验成本,又能保证冲击片雷管可靠起爆.
