PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a static electricity applying device which can stably apply output current waveform due to air discharge by small labor, and to provide a static electricity countermeasure component evaluating characteristics thereby, a method of testing the static electricity countermeasure component, and the static electricity countermeasure component evaluating characteristics by the testing method.;SOLUTION: The static electricity applying device including a static electricity generation circuit 8, and a waveform shaping circuit 21 connected to the static electricity generation circuit 8 matches the shape of the output current waveform due to contact discharge with the shape of the output current waveform of air discharge when equipped with no waveform shaping circuit 21.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
