某发火件长贮瞎火原因的分析

摘要

针对某发火件长贮后出现的瞎火现象，探讨引起长贮瞎火的原因。通过分析硅系延期药特性及发火件密封性，以及进行试验验证，查找长贮瞎火的主要原因，并提出改进措施。验证试验表明，改进后的发火件长贮16a后，发火率仍能满足系统提出的要求。%Aiming at misfire phenomenon of some ignition element after long storage, the causes of misfire were explored through analyzing the properties of silicon delay composition and the sealing property of the ignition element, as well as the corresponding tests were carried out. The improvement measures are proposed also. The verification tests showed that the improved ignition element can meet the requirements of the system after 16 years storage.
