Combined with the technical requirements of monocular low illumination CMOS night vision device for helmet, the structure of the objective lens system and eyepiece lens system were designed. In the premise of meeting the strength requirements, and according to the shape and size of the components, the main shell structure of night vision device was designed and optimized by the SolidWorks, then the 3D model of main shell was imported into ANSYS to make finite element analysis. According to the material performance, heat stress and strain of the main shell is calculated in the condition of limit temperature, thermal stress were all less than yield strength of materials, and thermal strain were in the error range. At last the overall structure of the low illumination CMOS night vision device was designed.%结合头盔式单目低照度 CMOS 夜视仪的技术要求,设计了物镜系统以及目镜系统结构。根据元器件的形状大小,在满足强度要求的前提下,通过 SolidWorks 软件设计优化了夜视仪的主壳体结构;然后将主壳体三维模型导入 ANSYS 软件进行有限元分析,根据主壳体的材料性能计算了其在极限温度条件下的热应力应变,应力均小于材料的屈服强度,应变在误差范围之内。最后对低照度CMOS 夜视仪进行了总体结构设计。
