传统中草药高通量测序技术 RNA-seq及lncRNA挖掘的应用策略

摘要

This study summarizes the basic principle ,experiment flow , data analysis and the current applica-tion situation of high-throughput sequencing in traditional Chinese medicine .Especially , this study reviews the role of high -throughput sequencing techniques played in LncRNA resources exploitation , then outlooks the future development and applications in the research field of traditional Chinese medicine .%中草药作为中国传统中医特有药物已有上千年的历史，然而对中草药资源关键生物学过程中的功能基因挖掘却刚刚起步。 lncRNA功能研究越来越引起人们的重视，结合RNA-seq技术研究中草药转录组中lncRNA功能，有望揭示中草药的生长、发育、代谢等生物学过程中的分子机制。综述了RNA-seq高通量测序及在中草药转录组测序中的应用策略，简述了lncRNA主要生物学功能及分析方法，并对RNA-seq技术和lncRNA生物信息学分析方法中存在的问题进行了简要讨论。
