Objective:To examine the impact of different flavonoid references and different color reactions as an indicator to the determination of total flavonoids of the aerial part of licorice.Methods:Choose Liquiritin,ru-tin, quercetin as references, AlCl3 colorimetric method , 10% KOH chromogenic method, NaNO2 -Al (NO3)3chromogenic method, determine the content of total flavonoids of the aerial parts of licorice by UV spectrophotometry.Results:Determination of total flavonoid contents by different references and color reac-tions, the results were quite different.Conclusion : When we determine the content of total flavonoids of the aerial part of licorice by ultraviolet spectrophotometry, quercetin can be used as reference, 10%KOH as chro-mogenic agent chromogenic method.%目的:考察不同黄酮类对照品及不同的显色反应为指标对甘草地上部分总黄酮含量测定的影响。方法:以甘草苷、芦丁、槲皮素为对照品,AlCl3显色法、10%KOH显色法、NaNO2-Al( NO3)3显色法,采用紫外分光光度法测定甘草地上部分的总黄酮含量。结果:以不同对照品及不同显色方法进行甘草地上部分总黄酮含量时,结果有明显的差异。结论:采用紫外分光光度法测定甘草地上部分的总黄酮,可用槲皮素为对照品,以10%KOH为显色剂进行显色。
