树突状细胞疫苗在肝病治疗中的研究进展

树突状细胞(dendritic cell,DC)疫苗疗法是很有前景的一种生物疗法.目前对DC疫苗用于黑色素瘤、恶性淋巴瘤和肝癌等恶性肿瘤已进行了大量的临床研究,其中一些研究结果令人鼓舞.此外,对DC疫苗用于慢性HBV和HIV感染也进行了初步临床研究,并显示出一定的疗效.本文对DC疫苗在肝癌和慢性乙型肝炎治疗中的研究进展进行综述.%Dendritic cell (DC)-based vaccine is a promising biological therapy. Currently, a great number of clinical studies of DC-based vaccine have been conducted in melanoma, malignant lymphoma, liver cancer and other malignancies in which some results are encouraging. In addition, some preliminary clinical studies of DC-based vaccine have been earned out in patients with chronic HBV and HIV infection and also shown a certain therapeutic effect. This review focuses on the research progress of DC based vaccine in the treatment of liver cancer and chronic hepatitis B.
