厌氧/接触氧化处理高盐腌制废水的工艺优化

     

摘要

The anaerobic-contact oxidation combined process has been used. Two kinds of activated sludge as carbon sources are domesticated and contrasted by anaerobic-contact oxidation combined process. The effects of salinity and dissolved oxygen on the treating capability of aerobic and anaerobic are investigated. The research results show that the adaptability and efficiency of microorganisms in activated sludge from pharmaceutical factory is stronger. Increasing the salinity from 10 000 mg/L to 20 000 mg/L has little influence on process running, and the anaerobic and aerobic metabolic capability decreases slowly, and salinity has greater influence on anaerobic treatment efficacy. When salinity is below 13 000 mg/L and initial COD below 3 000 mg/L,the effluent quality indexes meet the requirements of the Second Grade of liaoning Wastewater Pollutant Discharge Standard (DB 21/1627—2008).%采用厌氧/生物接触氧化工艺,以不同污泥作为菌源进行驯化对比研究;考察盐度和溶解氧对好氧和厌氧处理能力的影响.研究表明,制药厂污泥中的微生物适应能力较强;盐度由10 000 mg/L提升到20000 mg/L时,对工艺运行的影响较小,厌氧和好氧代谢能力呈现缓慢下降的趋势,且厌氧处理效果受盐度影响较大;当盐度不高于13 000 mg/L,进水COD不大于3 000 mg/L时出水水质达到该行业排人污水处理厂的排放标准.
