用于臭氧催化氧化处理抗生素废水的催化剂的制备

         

摘要

以氧化镍、氧化铜为活性组分,以γ-Al2O3为载体,采用浸渍的方法制备催化剂,考察了各因素对催化剂活性的影响.结果表明,负载氧化镍和氧化铜的催化剂活性较高,在浸渍液浓度为1 mol/L,镍铜离子浓度配比为2:1,干燥时间为2h,焙烧时间为3h,焙烧温度为500℃条件下制备的催化剂用于抗生素废水的处理,在臭氧流量为2 L/min,pH=7,催化剂投加质量浓度为1g/L,反应时间为50 min条件下,废水COD的去除率为52.10%.%Using copper oxide,nickel oxide as active ingredients,and γ-Al2O3 as carrier,the catalyst has been prepared by impregnation method.The influences of the factors affecting the catalyst activity,such as the type of active ingredient,solution concentration,drying time,the molar ratio of nickel to copper ions,calcination time,and calcination temperature,are investigated.The results show that the copper oxide and nickel oxide loaded catalyst has higher activity.The catalyst prepared under the following conditions:the impregnation solution concentration is 1 mol/L,n(Ni2+):n(Cu2+)=2:1,dry time 2 h,calcination time 3 h,and calcination temperature 500 ℃,is used for the treatment of antibiotic wastewater.When ozone flow is 2 L/rin,pH=7,catalyst dosage 1 g/L and reaction time 50 min,the COD removing rate is up to 52.10%.
