大跨度预应力混凝土连续梁0#段施工控制技术--以纳雍特大桥为例

         

摘要

0#段是连接桥梁墩身和连续梁的重要部件,其施工质量对桥梁性能有较大影响。以纳雍特大桥为例,结合工程概况和大跨度预应力混凝土连续梁特点,用数值模拟方法对托架结构进行了受力分析,研究制订了施工方法,最终成功建设了0#段。结果显示:托架斜腿、纵梁、横向分配梁可能受到的最大应力均小于容许值的80%,对拉杆的抗剪承载力为设计值的3倍以上。0#段施工控制策略满足了山区超高空、复杂地形的大规模施工要求,为我国其它类似桥梁的施工提供了宝贵经验。%The 0# segment is an important structure connecting bridge pier and continuous beam, its construction control has great influence on the performance of bridge. Nayong grand bridge is taken as an example to carry out its construction method combined with the general situation of the project and the characteristics of large span pre-stressed concrete continuous beam. Also, numerical simulation is implemented on stress analysis of its bracket structure. The analysis results show that, the maximum stress the slant leg, longitudinal beam and transverse distributed beam might endure is less than 80% of the allowable value; shear bearing capacity of the tie rod is more than 3 times the design value. There happens no safety accident in the construction process, indicating that the construction control strategy can meet the requirements of the high altitude and complex terrain in the mountainous area, which provides valuable experiences for the construction of other similar bridges in China.
