基于PLC的升降舞台同步模糊控制系统研究

     

摘要

以现代舞台升降系统为研究对象,分析了传统升降舞台运行不同步的主要原因以及弊端,提出了在“主从同步”方式下结合模糊控制理论,将专家的控制经验及推理过程纳入系统当中,以实时变化的各升降舞台速度信息为反馈,利用PLC与计算机之间的通讯链接技术及简洁的软硬件,实现4台电动机分别拖动4个升降舞台的控制策略,完成升降舞台的高精度同步控制,满足了舞台演出的需要.仿真结果与工程应用均表明,这种控制系统很好的实现了多电机升降舞台的高精度同步控制.%This article takes the modern stage lifting system as the object of study, has analyzed the traditional lifting stage operation not synchronized with the main reason and malpractice, put forward the "master-slave synchronization" mode by combining the fuzzy control theory, puts the expert experience of control and reasoning process into the system, provides the real variation of each lifting stage speed information for feedback, using PLC and computer communication link technology and simple hardware and software, realizes the 4 motors respectively drive four stage control strategy, completes the lifting stage high precision synchronous control, to meet the needs of the stage performance . Simulation results and engineering application show that, the control system to achieve multiple motor lifting stage high precision synchronous control.
