基于JX-300XP DCS工业锅炉的燃烧控制策略设计与实现

         

摘要

Aiming at the complex properties of the boiler combustion system, such as multi-variables, close-coupling, strong-disturbances and long-time delay etc, by combining the fuzzy control with self-searching optimum, the strategy of steam pressure-hearth temperature fuzzy-cascade control with oxygen content and hearth negative pressure optimized within limits has been designed, and implementation scheme based on JX - 300XP DCS has been provided. Application shows that this control scheme had a strong anti-jamming ability, realized the three main tasks of the boiler combustion control preferably.%针对锅炉燃烧系统多变量、强耦合、强干扰、大滞后的复杂特性,采用模糊控制与自寻优相结合的方法,设计出蒸汽压力-炉膛温度的模糊串级控制,同时协调处理氧含量和炉膛负压在一定范围内优化的控制策略,并给出基于JX - 300XP DCS的实施方案.应用表明,该方案具有较强的抗干扰能力,较好地实现了锅炉燃烧控制的3大主要任务.
