The present invention relates to a boiler for a petroleum-coke fuel industry and a method to re-combust the same and, more specifically, relates to the boiler for petroleum-coke fuel industry and a method composing the same which employs a re-combustion system to reduce nitrogen oxide (NOx) generated in a system using petroleum-coke fuel. The boiler industry provided in the present invention comprises: a fuel nozzle which comprises a combustion path with a combustion device and a boiler connected to the combustion path, and formed between the combustion device and the boiler in the combustion path; an air supply part formed in the boiler; and a fuel supply part connected to the nozzle. The present invention has an advantage of minimizing a production of nitrogen oxide while lowering the initial investment costs and maintenance costs of the facility by suppressing the use of an expensive post processing facility such as selective catalytic reduction apparatus by minimizing production of nitrogen oxide in the boiler industry.
