基于PLC和全气动机械手的分拣系统设计

摘要

The sorting system based on PLC shall be designed,connected with various types of sensors such as proximity switches,three - degree - of - freedom pneumatic manipulator,vacuum sucker, bottom conveyor belt,detection readiness status of next node,the control requirements of stop release mechanism,combined with the characteristics of pneumatic components,to meet the requirements of sorting parts in automatic production line. The equipment is characterized by low cost,simple control, convenient maintenance and reliable operation.%设计了以PLC为核心的分拣系统,利用接近开关等各型传感器,依据三自由度的气动机械手、真空吸盘、底层传送带、下站的准备状况检测和停止放行机构的控制要求,结合气动元件的特点,实现自动生产线上对部件的分拣要求.设备成本低廉,控制简单,调试维修方便,运行可靠.
