热风炉燃烧器技术改造实践

3号350m3高炉热风炉由于ZSD燃烧器的缺陷,导致热风温度受限,通过实践及对几种典型燃烧器进行技术比较论证,最后对3号350 m3高炉热风炉燃烧器进行高效顶燃式燃烧器改造,达到了提高风温的实用目的.%Owing to defects of ZSD type combustor of the 350 m3 thermal wind furnace No. 3, thus lead to the limitation is its temperature, through practice and technical comparison with several typical combustors. Finally, the combustor of 350 m3 thermal wind furnace No. 3 was reformed into efficient top combustion type combustor, thus practical purpose of raising wind temperatare was attained.
