According to the characteristics and the production requirements of the steel shovel manufacturing industry, the structure of the heating furnace of hot stamping is designed, including the design of high temperature transmission actuator and furnace, combined with the concept of automated production the reasonable layout is put forward, so that cost savings and improve efficiency goals can be achieved.%针对钢锹制造产业的特点及生产要求，对其热冲压加热炉的结构进行设计，包括耐高温传动装置设计和炉体设计，并结合自动化生产理念对其进行合理布置，以达到提高生产效率并实现节约能源的目的。
