完成了以FPGA为核心的多道分析器的设计,主要包括硬件电路设计、FPGA片内逻辑设计及验证.硬件电路主要包括模数转换电路、FPGA控制电路及通信电路.利用Verilog HDL语言进行程序设计,主要实现了AD采集功能、脉冲计数功能、存储功能及通信功能.系统的仿真验证结果显示,所设计的多道脉冲幅度分析器能够实现对信号的高速采集、计数、存储及通信等功能.%A multi-channel analyzer is designed based on FPGA.This paper mainly includes the design of hardware cir-cuit,logic design and verification of FPGA chip.Hardware circuit includes analog to digital conversion circuit,FPGA control circuit and communication circuit.AD acquisition function,pulse counting function,storage function and communications func-tion are implemented based on Verilog HDL.The simulation results of system show that the multi-channel pulse amplitude analyzer can achieve functions of high-speed acquisition, counting, storage and communication.
